Corporate finance platform Muse Finance recruits Tarek AbdelKader as CTO

Corporate finance startup Muse Finance has appointed Tarek AbdelKader as chief technical officer (CTO).

As part of its ongoing strategic plans to scale in 2022, AbdelKader will lead the UK-based fintech’s migration to an all-serverless architecture model as the company aims to provide users with scalability and security. additional.
AbdelKader will also oversee the integration of technologies for the implementation of Web3 on the main ledger as well as the use of AI for Muse’s credit decision processes.
By integrating end-to-end automations of the customer journey, the company adds that its new CTO will help provide digitized access to Muse products, accelerating customer finance applications to provide access to funds in minutes rather than ‘in a few days.
AbdelKader previously worked at financial companies such as The Co-Operative Bank and Think Money Group, as well as software providers Blinx Solutions and Meta Software.
Most notably, Muse Finance claims the tech veteran has helped implement technology improvements for The Co-operative Financial Services which has saved £1m a year on around 10,000 claims loan.
